Falk DTC reducers are designed specifically for conveyor applications. Oversize alloy steel shafts combined with widely spaced anti-friction bearings rugged housings provide for high overhung load.

Versatile design allows easy speed changes through interchangeable high-speed gear heads and quick replacement change gearsets.

The 5DTC gear reducer can be mounted in four positions. This allows the output shaft to be directed up, to the right or left and down. The housing is thick-walled cast iron with oil-tight construction. Dry well construction reduces leakage concerns when the output shaft is downward facing. Of course the gearing is Falk precision gearing that has made them one of the most popular reducers in the world and are popular in automotive plants all over North America.
